left quote
I followed the SCD for ONE MONTH, and I never had another problem with my stomach. Never. Ever. I was even able to resume a normal diet after that month. Whatever healing magic the diet works has been permanent in my case. I am now 3 years past those horrifying experiences. Try it. The book costs a few bucks but the diet itself is free. You have nothing to lose but the suffering. I am now able to live the life of a normal, carefree 27-year-old.
